Is there a problem in our environment that you believe could be solved with a digital device?

Come along to the Micro:bit Teacher Workshop to learn the how to use the design thinking process to create a digital solution that could be used to solve a real world problem.

You will be introduced to your own programmable micro-computer, a Micro:bit. You will learn how to code it using the MakeCode editor and where to find resources to transfer this learning into your classroom.

To extend this learning, we will follow up in 2021 with:

• Micro:bits in the curriculum – beyond the basics
• Micro:bit Student Challenge (you don’t have to commit to this to attend the Teacher Workshop)
