Technology in the Tropics is an annual QSITE FNQ event that connects and supports educators, institutions and their stakeholders so they may fully explore the opportunities Information Communication Technologies bring to Far North Queensland education and its classrooms every day.
Following the popular, sell-out event of 2017; the Technology in the Tropics Conference returns for 2018! Labelled STEAM in FNQ, QSITE (Far North Queensland Chapter), once again promises a not to be missed professional development opportunity for FNQ educators.
This pupil free day program will provide vital information on current STEAM focused activities in schools and provide stimulating workshops presented by a talented range of speakers. The new Digital Syllabus will again be highlighted. New technologies and methodologies displayed.
